Why should I choose the surrogate and intended parents "Match" Service?
The "match" service is perfect for those who just want to go independent but cannot find a surrogate on their own. We'll provide you a surrogate and then you'd be able to decide whether to keep going independent or stay with us.
How much does the Match Service cost?
Our flexible pricing model makes surrogacy more accessible. For Intended Parents, a subscription is $500 per month and you can cancel at any time. Each monthly subscription payment is deducted from the overall ELMA Fee of $15,000 that is due once you've matched successfully. Once matched, you can choose to engage ELMA’s other services (full service or "a la carta") or take an independent journey. It’s up to you! ELMA "match" services begin at $15,000.

CONSULTATION WITH ELMA SURROGACY
We will talk with you via phone, video chat, or in person. Our goal is find get to know you so that we can match you with the right surrogate.

CONNECT WITH A SURROGATE
We will choose from our vetted surrogates and present you with the ones that fit with your criteria. You will review their profiles and choose the surrogate that feels right.

MEET YOUR MATCH
We want you to feel comfortable with your surrogate! We set up a meeting (via video chat or in person) where you can meet your surrogate and get to know them better.

START YOUR JOURNEY
ELMA will manage the steps between the match and the embryo transfer, including coordinating the physiological review, medical clearance process, local monitoring for the surrogate, legal, insurance and escrow creation. As part of our case management, we will take care of you and your surrogate.
